Bio

Thomas Franklin is an Organist  in the Cincinnati-Metro area.  He is currently Organist and Music Director at Church of the Nativity of Our Lord in Cincinnati, OH.

Thomas plays all keyboard instruments (organ, piano, keyboard, harpsichord) but the organ holds a special love and interest for him.  His repertoire includes both early music and modern works. From Buxtehude and Bach to Jazz, and music not typically played on the organ.  Thomas is primarily a solo artist but does work and collaborate with local Instrumentalists, Vocalists, Choirs and Ensembles.

Thomas began his journey as most kids taking piano lessons, but after hearing a pipe organ at a local church he was hooked by the sound of the instrument and switched his pursuits to the organ.  He started taking organ lessons and volunteered as a church pianist and held his first Church Organist position at age 16.  Since then, Thomas continues to play every Sunday in various Churches in Cincinnati and Kentucky. Thomas is a member of the American Guild of Organists and holds the AGO Service Playing Certificate.

Thomas plays any style of music and is available for Church Services, Music Lessons (Piano, Keyboard and Organ), Dinner Music, Weddings and Funerals. You can listen to his music on his Listen page, hopefully there is something for everyone.
